Prati Rosen is a Senior Project Associate at Farallon Strategies and has nine years of experience in climate, resiliency, and marine and coastal-related topics, such as adaptation, mitigation, and resource management. She received her M.A. in Ocean and Coastal Resource Management in Monterey, CA. Prati previously contributed to a diverse range of projects in research, policy advocacy, and community engagement across academia, non-profits, and government agencies. At Farallon Strategies, she collaborates with local and regional governments, public entities, and community-based stakeholders to support and bolster equitable resilience and environmental justice initiatives aimed at mitigating climate risks while benefiting communities.

In her spare time, Prati enjoys reading and cooking inside and hiking, SCUBA diving, or playing basketball and volleyball outside. She also enjoys going thrifting and checking out cool coffee shops.
